I can hardly believe that my "little girl" just keeps getting better and better with each passing year! Where have the years gone? Where did little Heather go? Someone, please explain this to me! My baby is a woman! And a beautiful one at that!
At any rate, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HEATHER! You know I'll be thinking about you and hoping you're enjoying your day!

It was wonderful to get hooked into your site. Heather let me know how to find you. I have read your blog a few different times. What a good idea, to use this for a history blog!!
It is amazing to see our young daughters so grown up and beautiful. I agree with you on that.
I'm glad to see that you are doing well. The passing of your friend a few blogs back brings the reality of mortality home, doesn't it? Leigh's brother suddenly passed on in May. . . our generation is now embarking on the next step. Sobering for sure but as you said, we are blessed for the knowledge we have been given.
My memory gets a little fuzzy around the edges sometimes but when I saw Dean in your blog I had to think twice. . . You are obviously still together. That is wonderful. I remember Billy as a very precocious little boy.
Continue with your remembrances. They are valuable and need to be written. Great job!!

Thank you mom!! I did, indeed, have an amazing birthday, and it continues, as does our vacation. We've had an awesome time and had the best weather. On Wednesday we head to Kim's house for the second half, I'm so grateful to my sister for opening her home to our family. That was a really sweet comment from Joyce - they're such an awesome family as well. You guys did something right!
Love you - and yes, we got your cards, I'm sorry I didn't call and thank you for the gift card - but thank you indeed - you know we love the OG!!
Love you!!
P.S. Did you get Hailey's thank you card? Did the pictures make it OK??
